Hello,
i was wondering, in the Chirp daily-20221203, if i import stock config for EU LPD and PMR Channels, there is an offset from 0.600000. In previous versions of Chirp were no offset, so it will be impossible to communicate with other radio. Is this a bug or a feature?

That stock file hasn't changed since 2016. From the look of it, they've always had offsets, but the duplex is not set, so the offset won't be effective. If you're seeing something different, please provide more detail.
