Description

With the 2017 GMRS rules changes there are no longer any "FRS only" frequencies. The 467 MHz interstitial frequencies are available for both FRS and GMRS use but are restricted to "Hand-held/Portable only" use. So the GMRS_FRSONLY variable name should be changed to something like GMRS_HHONLY.
