Description
FT-4XR can read / write with Yaesu factory software with the same cable and setting, no problem.
Running CHIRP 20230322 (latest), cannot succeed doing download, it started, and then the bar moved a little, after a few secs (very short), it stopped (tried this many times with power cycle the radio), and then said "failure to communicate with radio, incorrect ACK from serial port". The radio showed --TX-- from time to time, and continues to do so.
Radio is brand new, bought from MTC in Texas, USA.
The cable is a clone cable using CH340 chip w/ multiple connectors. (M1 connector 2.5mm plug is used).
