Good Morning,

I can't get your latest NEXT program to recognize my radio. It's listed on your supported radios listings page, but I can't get it to work? I am assuming that I may be doing something wrong but, I have tried several methods and 2 cables with no success. your software recognizes the correct Serial Port but says my radio is an unsupported model. I have attached 4 screenshots to show the steps I followed. My radio does have a program on it but I prefer your software. I am trying to Download my program into a new file in your software.
