POWER + 3 = NT5101
POWER + 6 = 190831M

I tried to use it on Chirp like UV-9R, UV-9R PRO and BF-A58 and it everything works except:
1) TOT (timeout timer) not settable to OFF. On radio it is possible;
2) I can't modify squelch levels. It seems to write on radio but it doesn't set when I get data from radio;
3) useless but I can't modify BOOT messages.

If you need some logs, please tell me. I can help you with tests.
