Description

Hi, I want to expand this radio to 100 channels and make a frequencies add.
In some youtube videos other users say to read it like a Boafeng BF-T8 and others like a Retevis RT27.
Can you help me to do this?
If I read it like a RT27 and I add channels, Chirp doesn't fill the TX cell. Radio has only the RX frequencie.
In forum I read to enable the developer mode and change the TX frequencie inside "browser" menu but I am unable to write...
I put the screenshot to see it, when I read the radio with the original Retevis RB627B Software you can see the TX cells are empty...why??
Anyone can help me?
Thank you

A patch has been submitted. To use a Retevis RB27B, RB27V of RB627B full band with 99 channels, just program it using the Retevis RB27 model selection.

Explain me please only this. I want to put tone only in TX. I made this change from radio menu.
With RB27 (my radio is RB627B) is it possibile with CHIRP to set the tone only in TX and not in RX?
I dont' understand difference from "modalita' tono", "tone" , "tone squelch"..
Thank you

Tone works for Tx only (for opening repeaters etc.)
TSQL (=CTCSS) works Tx & Rx
