Please add an "auto load module" feature so I can auto load my modules since you guys won't add them to chirp.

Loading modules is just for development and testing, so we won't be adding any sort of autoloading mechanism.
If you have code to submit for inclusion, I'm not aware of it. See Developers and submit a PR via github.
