Description

With a new factory device:

I can read memorys from radio to PC & save from PC to radio, but I can´t access to Settings (see error settings.png).

Problems solved, I just found this request: https://chirp.danplanet.com/issues/10672 and download .img file. Works for me.

This doesn't appear to be an original. It has a corrupted Aux memory. Do you have an older/early saved copy?

This is the original file from new device, this is the reason why open a question here

OK. I'm just trying to determine if the Aux memory area was messed up as received from the factory or if you have one of the new radios that messes it up on its own.

I'm going to take it that it was received this way so give the attached image a try. It has none of the issues that yours has.
