Description
I have a couple of Baofeng UV5R and I am able to download the radio, add, remove or modify the channels in the memory tab.
The settings tab I receive an error, any change I try to make such as changing the radio name, modifying the autolock, etc.. gives me the error "Not Mutable"
I am using the current Chirp version for Linux

Please attach the "image" that your are trying to edit and the debug.log file as mentioned in How_To_Report_Issues
