Please, I need your help with support for my radios. I am an Armed Security Officer and need my radios programmed A.S.A.P. please help

Hi Bryan,
CHIRP doesn't play well with Motorola commercial radios such as the P1225 due to encryption and laws concerning bypassing of said encryption.
We don't offer radio programming services either so it would be best to find a local radio shop to help get the radio programmed.
