Description
I have been trying to create new stock_config files for repeater channels with Windows 8.
I have a Baofeng UV-5RA.
I have finally got the 2 meter file working.
The 440 file keeps opening as my 2 meter file.
It opens ok on my XP machine.
I installed the "chirp-daily-20130802-installer".
Is there an issue with Windows 8?

whoops, disregard the ft90 revision, i committed that change w/ wrong bug number, should have been #1087
