Description
With version "chirp-next-20231106-installer.exe" Windows 8.1 no longer works. Error is windows requires 10 or later.

Windows 8 is end-of-life [1] and even Microsoft doesn't support it anymore. I would highly recommend upgrading to Windows 10 or reinstalling something like Linux Mint so you will have a secure operating system.
