Description
After adding the fix to not show channels deleted via radio menu - users have reported older images now do not show all channels.
Issue has been traced to those images containing 0xFF in the Valid byte for the channel even though the rest of the channel data is good (name, Rx Tx freq etc.)
Remove 0xFF from the Mem_Invalid list and let the prior decision logic handle other Wouxun valid mem quirks.
Also add in fix to set Valid byte to proper value if channel is declared valid.

This should restore visibility of channels with valid data but an invalid value in the valid data indicator.
