Hello,
after writing my own reader and reverse engineering communication I found out that UV18H (UV18 Pro Max) uses different "encryption" index (key) than the GPS version of UV17 Pro.
Attached is a patch with which I have downloaded and uploaded the radio data. I have copied settings of UV17 Pro GPS model class to this model, but I am not sure what some settings mean and if they should be aplied. Attached is also saved my factory settings if suitable and I am attaching them for potential analysis.

Hi all,
I have been using the uv17 pro gps with my "UV18 Pro Max" Firmware: 1.03, Hardware: 1.30 with minimal issues. Only minor incompatabilities with settings encoding.

What is the progress of this? I am intending to add this driver and relevant changes unless it is being worked on already.
