CHIRP

I was unable to communicate with TF-11 device. I've started using a TF-1 driver but it failed showing approx 25% of progress bar (rapidly, so I doubt it could manage to transfer data. Log below:

After this step I've tried to start every available Baofeng driver and collected log (attached).
As I only have 1 piece of this radio I can not offer a GIFT or send it (value of radio is lowe than shipment cost) but I can do pretty anything You'll ask me for (as I'm embedded engineer experienced in uC & RS232)
