Description

Hello Team,

I got following error message when I try to download from radio: Failed to download from radio (index out of range).
Radio has been reset to factory (menu 6, All). I have FTDI cable, but I got same error with CP210x from SiLab.

Thank you
Marian

Are you sure you're picking the right serial port? Looks like you have a number of other ports and the error indicates that it received something other than radio communication, which could happen if you selected the wrong device.

Also, why do you have developer mode enabled? That confuses the situation, especially around ports. Is there some reason you've turned that on?

Hello Dan,
I was hopping dev mode will capture more info. I have try on another PC as well, which has only one serial port. The same result.
I'm sending captured data by DSView, maybe it will help.
