HF memory channel load of LSB frequency of 3.777 or 3.718 for example is disregarded.
3.775 will load

Hi Dan
I've noticed that the radio must be placed in FINE mode that adds an additional digit and will tune four digits past decimal in a non step mode.
I'm speculating that the software limits the write ability of the memory channel.
I have noticed that fine is only allowed when in AM LSB and USB mode.
