Description
UV-5R After patch to extend to 512mhz.. Chirp works great above 479.99 and ctcss works, but manual input still is blocked

I'm not sure what your request is... CHIRP does not upload firmware into the radio, so there is very little it can do to change the radio's behavior. The Baofeng software lets you adjust the key-entry band limits, but does not let you make it any higher than 480MHz.
