Chirp does not save/load subaudible tone frequencies properly

Description

when I save a file with a channel that has tone frequencies set, exit and open it again later, the frequencies are either not saved or not loaded correctly.
saved tone-encode settings according to image 1, loaded same file in and displays as image 2.
This is the latest development version of Chirp and a file for the UV-B5 radio, although I think this probably has nothing to do with the radio type.
