Description
My PX-777 can support 480Mhz, but the Chirp error message shows "Out of range" error message when I keyed in 477Mhz.

CHIRP is doing what the radio expects, which is checking the band split value and enforcing the correct range. I'll mark this as blocked until someone adds a function to the driver to let the user override the band split forcibly.
