Chirp daily 20150814
Baofeng UV-82HP
Prolific 3.2.0.0 (looks good in Device Manager)
I start Chirp and I can't see the radio. I click Download from Radio and nothing happens. I open a stock configuration and Upload to Radio is greyed out. No error messages. Just nothing. It worked on this computer in the past, prior to a September reformat and OS reinstall.
