Description
I get this error when trying to install the latest version of Chirp.
Chirp Installer Setup
C:\Program Files (x86)\Chirp_ctypes.pyd
Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again
Ignore to skip this file
I'm using windows 10 Home. I've used the older version for years with no problems, but can't seem to upgrade to the latest version.

Please search to see if your issue exists before opening a new issue. This is a dupe of #3405 and #3417.
Sounds like you installed CHIRP, ran it, and then tried to install it again while CHIRP was still running. Windows cannot delete or replace files that are in use. You must close CHIRP before trying to upgrade it.
