Description
Seems that the BaoFeng UV-5R+ can only display upper case characters. If the memory name that is uploaded to radio contains lowercase characters they are displayed as blanks on the radio display.
Suggestion: add option in CHIRP so that when importing memory names (like from Kenwood HMK files) the memory names are converted to upper case characters.
I searched the issues database and did not see this one listed. If it is a dupe, my appologies.

Actually, this logic already exists, but was being defeated for the name field during import due to a silly sequencing problem. Fixed for tomorrow's daily build.
