Description
After installing KK7DS_Python_Runtime_R10.pkg and trying to open the latest daily of CHIRP nothing happend. Opening it via console gives the following error:
@iMac27:Desktop ronald$ sudo open chirp-daily-20160911.app/
LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810 for the file /Users/ronald/Desktop/chirp-daily-20160911.app.@
Tried rebooting and reinstalling the runtime, but no magic.

I might have to add that I'm currently running macOS Sierra (10.12 Beta).
