Description
Windows 10 says that it can't remove chirp. Can't find uninstall.exe. I usually use the zip file...ran the installer by mistake, and wanted to remove it.

- Chirp Version changed from 0.4.0 to daily
#4243 has additional information; apparently there's missing a quote in order to get the path right.
