Description
Hello,
I recently installed the 12/20 build on a windows 10 machine and chirp installs, but won't run. The previous build worked perfectly. I uninstalled the new build and installed an older build and it still won't run.This is driving me nuts!

Took some time, but I found the issue. Windows 10 corrupted the chirp.config file. I deleted it and restarted chirp and all is good now. Stupid windows!
