Baofeng UV-3R+ Radio does not turn on after CHIRP

Description

The radio does not turn on after programming the frequencies with chirp, the error is:

a cummings did not ACK first command@

1) Connect a Baofeng UV-3R+ radio to a Debian Jessie 8.2 laptop using a "Baofeng cable".
2) Power up the radio.
3) Choose "Download from Radio" in the Radio menu, with port /dev/ttyUSB0, Vendor Baofeng et Model UV-3R.
4) Copy and paste frequencies from other *.img (UV-5R)
5) "Upload to Radio" and it gives me error:
a cummings did not ACK first command@
6) The Radio hangs and does not respond to any key.
7) The only way to turn off the radio was to remove the battery.
8) Never again turned on

Sorry for this bug, but after examining the radio, the fault is from the electronics of the radio and it is not a CHIRPS fault.
It was a coincidence that the fault occurred precisely when I was using the CHIRP.

I repeat, sorry and ignore this bug
