I read the instructions above:
Description
instead of values of Null or Off
default values of 88.5 and 023 are shown
this makes programming confusing if not using dcs or ctss as these are valid selections
please redesign to show off or null values for non set dcs or ctss tones

Sorry, but we're not redesigning chirp because the baofeng radio is different from all the rest.
View->Hide unused fields is the best we have to offer this regard.
