Description
The CHIRP Windows installer failed to install on a fully patched
windows 10 64bit system. An error snapshot and a word document with the details are attached.

NOTE: The 11-25-17 CHIRP Windows Installer installed with no issues on the same system.

Try rebooting your PC.
Had the same an hour ago, same file. Reboot and afterwards it worked.
