Bonjour comment programmer le baofeng UV-9R avec CHIRP ?
Le câble de programmation est bien reconnue , mais rien a faire avec CHIRP , il reconnait pas l'UV-9R.

Hello how to program baofeng UV-9R with CHIRP?
The programming cable is well recognized, but nothing to do with CHIRP, it does not recognize the UV-9R.
