It looks very similar to my Baofeng BF-888S, so it may be a clone of that radio. Can you see if Chirp will recognize it as such?

In such cases you should consult the Wiki: "How To Report Issues" and provide a debug log as described there. Maybe we can see whether the radio is at least partially supported, or whether you simply had an electrical probem (very common with this type of radio).
