Description
On radios like the UV5R, which store only a composite tone value for tx and rx, the user may be easily and legitimately confused when changing some columns.
For example, we let them change Tone to 100.0, but leave Tone Mode as (None). On reload, the Tone value goes back to default, because it wasn't actually stored. If they had set Tone Mode = Tone first, then it would have worked.
