Very strange model. Anybody knows it?
I was trying all Kenwood and Baofeng models.
Radios lights flashing and Chirp answer only: Retract program mode

It very much looks like somebody is using Baofeng UV-5Rs and sells it as a "Kenwood TH-F8". It doesn't appear such a radio exists in the Kenwood portfolio.
