Description
Have installed and deleted installer several times. Download zip file to downloads, click to open, "NOT FOUND". Have tried save file and opening with default opener and firefox. Still says "not found".

Which Windows version are you using?
Have you tried other browsers?
Clearing out your browsers' cache and cookies might help.
No issues to report downloading with Chrome browser.
