Description

I am receiving a message "Radio Identification Failed" and the radio restarts upon trying to read from it. Before purchasing the dealer assured me it was compatible with CHIRP software. The stock program will read from it just fine so I don't think its a driver problem. Are there any settings I am missing such as the baud rate or something to that effect? The USB Driver I have installed is located at the following site: http://www.prolific.com.tw/US/ShowProduct.aspx?p_id=225&pcid=41 After installing I searched for updates. The USB cable came with the radio. I would appreciate any insight. Thanks
