Description

Hi there, first of all, thanks so much for Chirp and for supporting Linux.

I'm currently using Chirp on the latest current rolling release of openSUSE Tumbleweed. There is a new issue where the "Open" dialog box is blank. (See attached screenshot). I can make it work by clicking in the blank space where the "Places" menu should appear, which then makes it render the contents of the window.

This appears to be an incompatibility with some underlying toolkit in the current release of openSUSE Tumbleweed. I used to use the Chirp 20190104 RPM from software.opensuse.org on Tumbleweed, and this bug didn't exist (a few months ago), but now with the latest release of Tumbleweed the same 20190104 RPM exhibits this bug. The 20190321 RPM and the latest current 20190411 tarball build from chirp.danplanet.com also have the same behavior.

Thanks again!
