Have you been able to resolve this on your own since you submitted this?
Have you tried with a more recent version since you submitted this?
Also, have you tried to get this data directly from RadioReference?

I'm having the same issue when trying to import from 43202. This happens from the 'Radio' menu 'Import from data source'->'Radioreference.com'. Also if I select the 'Radio' menu 'Query data source'->'Radioreference.com' my cursor just changes to a wrist watch and nothing happens. This is on the Mac app CHIRP daily-20201014

I am also having this error when choosing:

----RadioReference >
------RadioReference.com US
I am running CHIRP daily-20210830 GTK 2.24.32 PyGTK 2.24.0 Python 2.7.16
