CHIRP

In VXA-700-TONE-1.img (and .log) I created four memory channels in a blank load on the radio (just after a reset)
I named them all just "A" for ease of comparing memories once loaded in CHIRP. Each has EXACTLY the same info except the tone setting.
1-A-146.730-[Tone]-107.2
2-A-146.730-[TSQ]-107.2
3-A-146.730-[DCS]-107.2
4-A-146.730-[None]-107.2
The download into CHIRP shows 1 and 2 as both "Tone", 3 is right as DTCS and 4 is right as off. I then used the radio to create four more memories, again with the same pattern but "B" as the name.

I had a problem with the upload, the newly created memories weren't able to TX.. I had to use the vxa700-ul.py from Bug #605
So I created a new set after using that module, the C set in VXA-700-TONE-3.img (and .log)

Here's what my radio thinks now compared to the memories..

5-B-146.730-[Tone]-107.2 - Correct(but ERROR on TX, see bug#605)
6-B-146.730-[TSQ]-107.2 - DCS is set instead of TSQ
7-B-146.730-[DTCS]-107.2 - Correct
8-B-146.730-[None]-107.2 - TSQ is set instead of "None"
9-C-146.730-[Tone]-107.2 - TSQ is set instead of "Tone"
10-C-146.730-[TSQ]-107.2 - None is set instead of "TSQ"
11-C-146.730-[DTCS]-107.2 - Correct
12-C-146.730-[None]-107.2 - TSQ is set instead of "None"

I copied back from the radio into a fresh file, VXA-700-TONE-4.img (and .log) just to be sure and it looks the same as -3
