I'm running into trouble trying to lower the squelch level on my Radioddity UV-5RX3. It seems adjusting the levels in the Service Setting makes no change on the radio. For example if I set Service Settings VHF and UHF Squelch #1 to 0, and set SQL Setting 1 on my radio, the squelch remains closed when it should be open. I am trying to lower the threshold because it is too aggressive even at SQL setting 1.

Additionally, the squelch level service settings for the 220 MHz band are missing.

I believe this is similar to issue #5333, however setting the VHF or UHF Service Settings squelch level to 0 makes no change on any band.
