Description
Seems the new Windows 10 1903 update is blocking the port visibility in the CHIRP software, even after installing it using as "Administrator" , this could be either some setting in Windows 10 setting with recently update enhance security to alllow specific application. I have given "CHIRP.EXE" file rights to executed..any tips

This issue will be resolved if you install this update released today (cummulative update) by Redmond Washington Compnay
