Description

could not open port com4: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified.
When downloading from radio.
Baofeng UV5R-2, Windows 10, Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port (COM4)

Did work at one time under an older version of CHIRP.

Resolved the problem by rolling back the driver.
I now have the problem in saving or saving as the downloaded img.
