Description
Need to add Kenwood TS-590 driver support. At least for memory channels. I suspect this is another "Live Mode" radio. It would be great to be able to save/load a dummy img file with memory and settings for the Live Mode Kenwoods.

Have access to radio at EOC. USB data captures complete using Kenwood ARC590 s/w; uses CAT commands.

Creating a clone-mode version first, then I will make the live-mode one.
Memory read (with special channels) and set is done. Working selected settings; not all 200 options will be supported!!
TBD: upload.
I have limited access to the radio, so I am using text files to simulate USB transfers.
There will be much testing with the real radio.
