Description
Add "TM-D701GP" to TMD-710G" ID dictionary. This is the ID reported when the COM cable is connected to the rear of the header panel. Same exact radio as TM-D710G.
Modify the TM-D710G model name to include "_LiveMode" to make it obviously different from clone Mode.

Nevermind; Issue closed.
The header panel rear com port is only for TNC use. Does not download memory in live
mode and not worth a special class for clone mode.
