Description
When trying to import from RadioReference, the error message comes up: "'tuple' object has no attribute 'ctid'".
When trying to import from RepeaterBook proximity search, the error message comes up: "Unknown File Format."

With Windows 10, build chirp-daily-20200107 (and chirp-daily-20191221) importing data from RepeaterBook in "Political" mode seems to work ok for US States and Counties. It fails as noted by original reporter in "Proximity" mode.
