Description
Under certain circumstances, such as the make_supported.py tool, the driver is initialized without a serial connection. In that situation, the current default causes the ic910 driver to appear to not support the 23cm band. Change the default so that the optional 23cm unit is assumed to be present, meaning that the list of supported bands for this radio includes the 23cm band.
