Description

With The new Rugged Radio V3- the new version of the UH5RV2 - they no longer sell the v2

is there anything in the works for programming the v3? have updated and tried multiple different ways of programming and no luck

Curious if anything is being worked on or developed for it!

Thanks and appreciate you all in advance!

  • Status changed from New to Feedback

As with all additions to Chirp: this requires a developer with access to this specific radio to jump on the task. Might take a while.
Until then: does the V2 selection yield anything? Please provide a debug log as described in the Wiki: "How To Report Issues". If the V3 is a resonably close relative to the V2, then the log might help us to find a way to support it.
If you wish to contribute to Chirp, please review the Wiki: Developers. Thanks!

Hello,
If needed I could send one of my radios to a developer if it will help with getting the new codes to have the radio programed.
Thanks!
