Made this a New Model Request.
The name suggests that it is a PMR radio. The web doesn't reveal much other than that it is related to the Kirisun PT-260, which appears to be very similar. Try selecting Baofeng BF-888 in Chirp when connecting to your Kirisun radio and let us know. You should collect a debug log as described in the Wiki: "How To Report Issues".
