Description
Going through some discussion, I could program my ABBREE AR-F8 by Wouxun KG-UV8D. But I need frequency limitation feature for ABBREE AR-F8, just like Baofeng UV-5R does.
is there a way to solve it?

I don't have an ABREE AR-F8 or a Wouxun KG-UV-8D. The best I can do is to load the test Wouxun KG-UV-8D image from the CHIRP repository (there isn't one available there for the ABBREE) to see what setting are currently available.
I assume the settings for the AR-F8 are the same as for the KG-UV-8D, so unless I am misunderstanding your request, what is wrong with the existing "frequency limitation" support?

Tried it before. Settings show nothing like this.

That's a totally different issue. Your radio likely has one or more settings that is/are out-of-range. Otherwise, CHIRP and your radio already have the capability that you are seeking.
Attach freshly downloaded CHIRP Radio Images (*.img) file so the offending setting(s) can be determined.
