Description
Is the TYT UV8000E capable of doing odd splits on memory channels. I would like to input the ISS crossband repeater in memory on my radio and the software does not allow me to choose "split" under the duplex setting. If the radio is capable of odd shift please modify the software to allow them to be input.

This is something you need to research in the user manual of your radio.
If the radio can do it, then Chirp should, too. Please reopen ticket in case there's a problem.
