Description
The software from Retevis works. I just prefer to use chirp. :)
Software download from Retevis is for models RB19 and RB619 so i'm assuming the 619 is very similar firmware, however I do not own a 619.

I had 2 radios hooked up to my computer at once. Pressed download and had the wrong port selected and purely by chance I downloaded the RB19 using RT22S settings in chirp and everything seems to work flawlessly reading and writing to the RB19 using the RT22s Profile.

Retevis sent me an RB19, RB19P and an RB619. I got a chance to play around with them this evening.
If you would like to test what I have up to this point, enable the "Enable Developer Functions" setting in the Help menu of CHIRP and then use the added Load Module selection the the File menu to locate and load the draft driver module that I have attached to this issue.
To download the draft driver module, left-click the link (right clicking the link will not work). The next page that loads will display the driver module's code. Near the top left of this page there will be a "download" link that you can click to download the draft driver module to your computer.
Note: Loading an external driver module will not permanently change you CHIRP installation. The CHIRP background will turn red to indicate that CHIRP is running with an external driver module loaded.
